ISBA Board Members
		Karen Boesen, Denmark, President and Founder info@erhvervsastrologi.dk - www.erhvervsastrologi.dk (choice of English language) Mrs. Boesen has practised as a consultant astrologer since 1972 and as a business consultant for the last 22 years. In early 1997, Mrs. Boesen founded the International Society of Business Astrologers (ISBA). The members of the organisation are business and financial astrologers from all over the world. At the external level the primary objective of the society is to publish research reports and analyses of major international companies on an astrological basis. The reports are published in the ISBA Journal. In 2002, Mrs. Boesen finished one of the first internationally published book on business astrology. Having trained for a career in banking, Mrs. Boesen subsequently studied for degrees in psychology and political science at the University of Copenhagen and worked for five years as a middle manager with Maersk Air. As a business astrologer, Mrs. Boesen employs three business leaders, who owing to their practical experience are in a position to make important contributions to the analytical process.

		Jeannie Mathiasen, Denmark, Vice President jeannie.mathiasen@gmail.com – www.erhvervsastrologi.com Jeannie Mathiasen has a Master’s Degree in Business and Communication from Odense University, Denmark. For the previous 15 years she has worked within: marketing, PR, communication, project management, strategic management and general management in Denmark and abroad – England and Turkey. Latest, she held a position as Communication Manager in KPMG in Denmark. The desire to work more directly with development – strategic as well as for personnel – led her to study astrology and business astrology. Over the past six years she has studied general astrology at Irene Christensen Instituttet in Copenhagen and she has studied Business Astrology by Karen Boesen.

		Maarit Laurento, Finland, Member maarit.laurento@astrobar.fi - http://equinoxconsulting.fi Has been a professional and business astrologer for over five years having two astrological offices in Helsinki, Finland. She is the chair of Professional Astrologers in Finland. She also is a Member of Board in ISBA and the chair for ISBA's Scientific Committee. She holds a Finnish Astrological Diploma and a Faculty of Astrological Studies Certificate. Her civilian education is Dr. in Education.

In the seventies: Manager new-age centre & owner health food-store. In the eighties en nineties: 15 years teaching economics on secondary and university level: Financial Accounting. Full time astrologer-economist since 1998. Lectures for employers' organisations. Member of the Dutch Astrological Association (ASAS). Since 1999 manager of The Spiritual Society, which gives lectures and courses in four cities.
