In August we welcomed AJITKUMAR BENADI of Germany as a supporting member. It's always a delight to say hello to a new friend in ISBA! Please check and see whether you've sent me any contact changes recently. Or may have forgotten to do so? I began sending out dues notices and found some of them bounced until I checked them with Karen. Your help is deeply appreciated! The Mars/Uranus in Pisces and the retrograde Mercury have spiced up my life. How about yours? In Oneness, Barbara May
2) VOLUNTEER FOR NEW SERVICE FOR MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC. TRANSIT MOON AND FINANCIAL/MUNDANE ASTROLOGY It has been suggested that we in the public area of the ISBA web site offer a service to members and the public - a service that each month describes the Moon transits and their relation to and effect on financial and mundane astrology.
Is there among our members an experienced astrologer, also well-versed in such day-to-day analyses, who would consider providing such a service for a small fee?
Please contact: info@businessastrologers.com

Our member in Australia, Paul Nipperess, has won a business award for his book Cardinal Astrographs - easy trading tools - congratulations, Paul!! Paul has by request sent us some more detail about the event:
Hi folks,
Hot news and a little mini-brag here.
"Cardinal Astrographs ... easy trading tools" has just won a "Highly Commended Award" in the Australian My Business Awards 2003.
In less than 14 months, this package of trading-related ebooks has been exported to readers in FIFTEEN different countries !~!
Amid 350 entries in various award categories, the competition was fierce to gain recognition from the judges, who represent a broad cross-section of the senior, Australian business community.
What is even more exciting, is the global interest in my NEW series of ebooks, about astroanalysis for trading the markets.
Decoding the astrological messages contained in the Bible and Gann´s 1927 romance novel, takes us on a journey, to develop some more PRACTICAL astrotools for trading and financial astrology.
Over the few years, we will see some startling new tools for astrologers and traders alike and all should be revealed, by the time Pluto is conjunct the Galactic Centre, late in December 2006.
An introduction to my new series of ebooks on astrotrading, is available at:
Gann Signs Intro ... decoding "Tunnel thru the Air" ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=23925&item=3545994754
Happy days !~!

6) RATING ASTROLOGY COURSES AND SEMINARS, BOOKS ETC.
>From time to time we receive descriptions of course experiences from
>our
members - often recommendations - but also serious complaints. It is difficult for us to publish word-by-word accounts of for example complaints, due to the risk of law suits - but on the other hand, it would be nice to benefit from the experiences of fellow ISBA members when choosing how to spend hard-earned money and days off from the job to educate ourselves further.
Our member Mary Downing suggested a rating service - for now to be published in the newsletter. The rating could encompass all types of astrology experiences - courses, seminars, books etc. 1 to 5 bulls to describe a good course experience - 5 being the best, and 1 to 5 bears to describe a poor course experience, 5 bears being the worst.
We find it a very good idea, and kindly ask you to submit your evaluation of astrology events attended/read/heard for publication in the member newsletter.
The very best regards,
Karen & Hannah
